Type 'A' Olympic bus

"The above 'A' type Olympic Bus, which first joined J.O.S. 15 years ago and has given excellent service, finally ended its career in the early hours of February 22. On that night A-38 ran into the back of an unlit parked trailer which ahs delivered goods to a printing house on Industrial Terrace. The J.O.S. said the extensive damage to the front of A-38 has made it uneconomical to repair and this useful, long-serving bus must now be written off. The bus driver, Clifford Samuels, was badly cut on both knees and is still not able to work."
