Minister of State (Finance) Sydney Pagon

"Help from the east: Members of a Chinese textile expert group with Minister of State (Finance) Sydney Pagon (left) after they arrived at Norman Manley Airport last night. The group is here to look at the establishment of a polyester spinning and weaving mill in Old Harbour. China is providing a loan of $8.5 million to held finance the $14.3 million project. The establishment of the mill is part of the trade agreement between the two countries, and which was signed last year when Finance Minister David Coore was in China."
