"The Jamaica Youth Sail Association held a graduation ceremony recently at the Boys Scouts Headquarters for thirty-four graduates of the Youth Seamanship Course. Certificates were handed out by Mr. Horace Clarke, Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Public Utilities seen above with seaman Susan Richardson while Tony Nunes, President of Jamaica Youth Sail Association and an instructor look on.
The course was designed to teach skill and resourcefulness when faced with the sea and was sponsored by the Jamaica Yachting Association and the house of Dunhill."
