Deplorable road surface at the intersection of Orange and Charles Street
Title
Deplorable road surface at the intersection of Orange and Charles Street
Description
"Recurring Problem: For months now, water has been springing constantly and breaking up the roadway at the intersection of Orange Street and Charles Street. The KSAC has tried to solve the problem by throwing marl on the road but as soon as the makeshift marl-dump is finished, the water eats out another large hole in the ground. In the course of this exercise, motor vehicle springs have been broken and a few human feet had narrow escapes. Citizens and motorists are now howling for the KSAC and the City Engineer to solve the problem once and for all and stop tinkering."
