"Two people were admitted and 70 were treated at the Cornwall Regional Hospital in Montego Bay shortly before noon yesterday following an accident on the Ironshore Road between a double-decker bus belonging to the Montego Bay Omnibus Company and a Falcon motor car owned by Martin's Tours.
The bus overturned and blocked traffic for nearly two hours and at least one Minister of Government P.J. Patterson, on his way to the first sitting of Cabinet in Montego Bay was held up in the road block. Mr. Patterson eventually arrived at the meeting in a police car.
The driver of the motorcar escaped unhurt."
