Motor vehicle collision in St. Mary

"The collision of this dump truck and the Vauxhall car yesterday in St. Mary resulted in heavy damage to both vehicles. but their occupants sustained no injuries. Reports said the truck appeared to get out of control as it approached the bridge, hit the car head on and continued to telescope its own front into the bridge's upright. The car went over the embankment. The car's driver gave his name as Alfred Cuddon of Geddes Town, and one Mr. Silvera said he owned the truck. Both men are from St. Mary. The accident occurred between Highgate and Port Maria."
