The drugs were supplied under a Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) line of credit for Can. $10 million which also provides for the importation of fertilizer and agricultural trucks. The Jamaica Commodity Trading Company (JCTC) was responsible for all arrangements leading to the importation of the goods. Others from left to right are Keith Golding of JCTC; Mr. Bob Pim, Counsellor for Development in the Canadian High Commission; Mr. Paul Ellis, Deputy Managing Director, JCTC; a port worker; and Mr. Eric Gabbidon of JCTC."
