"Cocktail party: The Member of Parliament for North Central Saint Andrew and Industry and Commerce Minister Douglas Vaz speaking at the cocktail party to launch the North Central Saint Andrew Trust recently. At left is a section of the large gathering that attended. The North Central Saint Andrew Trust has been established to ensure the development of a wide range of social services, to implement training programmes and to provide and equip facilities to recreation and training in the community. The immediate objective of the Trust is the building of a community centre on Upper Waterloo Road to provide training and recreation for the residents. The Trustees of the Fund are Felix Fox, Douglas Bennett, Lascelles Chin and Richard Fontaine."
