"The Summer Youth Programme at Fort Clarence Beach, Hellshire brings together children from various institutions for a day of fun on the beach. Here, Mr. Herman, Superintendent at the Alpha Place of Safety assists these little one from Reddie's Place of Safety as they sing - 'That's what we learn at our school'. Concert time is a major feature on the Summer Youth Programme, beside swimming pool and games."
