"Untangling the snarl: A two-way traffic flow has been opened up along Constant Spring Road from Half Way Tree to Harris Place near the intersection of West Kings House Road to facilitate the laying of sewer mains along Eastwood Park Road. Work began in mid December and normal one-way traffic on Constant Spring Road will be for days. Motorists are still unaccustomed to the temporary change and so policemen are stationed at different points along Constant Spring Road to direct traffic. Until normalcy is restored, the police Traffic Department is appealing to drivers to use alternate routes to ease the congestion."
