Railway crossing - Marcus Garvey Drive

"A dangerous situation: This railway crossing along the Marcus Garvey Drive in the City is missing of one gate. What the guard has to do is to close one section of the dual highway (as indicated in photograph) and rush over to the other side and wave his flag for motorists for some reason or other might not see the signal or might just fail to obey it. A dangerous and potentially fatal situation indeed, unless the authorities move to erect another gate before it is too late."
