"A scene from the play The Messiah put on by the Gun Court Cultural Movement. In this scene a confrontation takes place between the followers of Garvey [on the left] and Backra [in bowler hat] and his allies. The Messiah was staged at the Creative Arts Centre as part of Independence Week celebrations, Director Herbert Brown got the Best Directors award in the National Awards contest for drama."
