"Contract for road improvement: The General Manager of the Hellshire Bay Development Company Limited, Mrs. Elsie Demetrius, signing the contract awarded to Asphalt Paving Company for up-grading and paving of the access road into Hellshire between the Naggo Head intersection and the Braeton roundabout. This is the first contract to be awarded by the Urban Development Corporation for up-grading the link roads into Hellshire. Others (from left) are: Mr. Claude Oakley, Financial Controller, Hellshire Bay Development Company Limited; Mr. Maurice Young, Engineer, Urban Development Corporation and Mr. A.S. Alberga, Projects Manager of Asphalt Paving Company. The Hellshire Bay Development Company is a subsidiary of the Urban Development Corporation, set up to market and mange the Hellshire Hills development programme. Signing took place at the office, Hellshire Bay Development Company recently."
