The brigades are back

"The brigades are back: Members of two Construction Brigades returned to Jamaica on September 8 and immediately displayed a banner they bought back from Cuba, made by the first brigade which went to that country in 1975. It reads: ''The first graduation of Jamaicans in the Province of Santiago.'' One brigade of 50 young men studied in Santiago; while the other group of 50 studied at Pinar del Rio."
