"Kaiser's Supervisor of Community Activities and an executive of the St. Ann Red Cross, Mr. Con Pink, ascertains from Miss Doris Edwards of Stewart Town, Trelawny, the extent of loss suffered by her in a fire recently. 80-year old Miss Edwards, a member of the Stewart Town Baptist Church, was at services recently when her two apartment home was completely destroyed by fire. Miss Edwards' neighbours have rallied around and offered items of clothing and other necessities since the fire."
