"The St. Mark's Anglican Church Hall committee Brown's Town, St. Ann, recently put on a Supper to make funds for the Hall. Entertainment for the evening included skits and dances by students from St. Hilda's Diocesan High School and "Prizes and Surprises" for the audience. Here Kaiser's Supervisor of Community Activities, Mr. Con Pink, who acted as M.C., presents a prize to a lucky member of the audience for entering the hall at the sounds of a gong. The function was spearheaded by Mrs. Emily Logan, a member of the Church Hall Committee."
