" "What happen sah?" seems to be the question in the air as Policeman Roxroy Heron of the Elletson Road motorcycle division speaks with the sideman of a trailer truck carrying blocks owned by Victor's Engineering and driven by Stafford Rhombs, of 23 Henderson Avenue. Rhombs explained that a car stopped suddenly ahead of him while trying to avoid a collision with another vehicle. When Rhombs applied the brakes to his own vehicle, "everything crashed" and down fell the blocks."
