Van at the edge of sea-bank

"Where is the owner? The owner of this van seen at the edge of the sea-bank along the Morant Bay-White Horses main road near Roselle has not yet been located. The van apparently crashed and up-rooted a telephone pole which stopped it from falling in the sea. It is not yet known if the occupant and early Tuesday August 5. The Morant Bay police is investigating."
