JOS inspector checking bus damage
Title
JOS inspector checking bus damage
Description
"Late night encounter: A JOS inspector checks damage to his company's vehicle late Friday night after it collided with a parked truck along Constant Spring Road, opposite King's Plaza. The truck, loaded with garbage from the nearby plazas, had broken down from mid-evening and was awaiting a wrecker when the accident occurred. Witnesses said the impact propelled the truck some 30 yards along the highway. The bus, driven by Rudolph Sheppie, ended up in an open lot on the other side of the road. Half the truck's body was ripped off and garbage strewn all about. No one was injured. A wrecker later towed the bus away but the truck was left on the roadside for several hours afterwards, noticeably without any illumination- probably inviting another collision."
