JOS bus crash along Half Way Tree Road

"JOS bus crash along Half Way Tree Road: JOS Driver Floret Thomas (right) explains to Police Constable Whibly how this bus crashed into the utility pole along Half Way Tree Road Sunday afternoon. According to Mrs. Thomas, she applied the brakes and the bus skidded and crashed into the pole. Two passengers and a pedestrian were slightly injured. The accident caused a 20-minute power cut in the vicinity and damaged a juke box and three other machines at the Cloud Nine club a short distance away. A JPSCo engineer is seen repairing the line at left."
