"His Worship, the Mayor of Kingston, Councillor Algon Samuels, cuts the ribbon at a recent opening ceremony of the Bank of Nova Scotia Jamaica Ltd.'s newest branch, located at Oxford House, 6 Oxford Road, Kingston 5. The Mayor, in a brief address, congratulated the Bank on the service it was offering Jamaicans and expressed pleasure at the confidence the banking community was showing in the nation's future.
