Belgians officials visit Jamaica

"Minister of Public Utilities and Transport, Hon. Alva Ross (right) enjoys a joke with Belgian officials who visited him at the Ministry last Friday, (May 15). The occasion was a visit by Prince Felix de Bar, (3rd left) of Societe General Company, the major Bank and Holding Company in Belgium. Discussions were held on the possibility of future co-operation in the development of urban transportation, seaport facilities and the railway. Others from (left) are Mr. Philippe Boets, Trade Officer and Baron Andre de Viron (2nd left) of the Belgian Embassy in Jamaica."
