"Standing at the stop sign it is not possible to see down the tracks. Vehicles must approach the line to look down track - and even then, it is impossible to see around the bend in the line for any trains coming from the alumina plant.
At less than 250 yards from the crossing it is not possible to see the crossing very clearly as the train is still negotiating the bend."
