"Wet existence: Number 14 Sirgany Drive during a short full in Tuesday's heavy showers. Some of the occupants of the home during yesterday and the previous night spent much time syphoning out dirty silty water that flowed between and under their furniture. The water, for the most part, flowed from a breached gully course nearby. With dampened spirits the occupants said the damaged retaining walls, now further damaged, have not yet been repaired since the destruction of last October's Gilda rains."
