Alexandria Hospital

"Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Mills (right), Rector of St. Peter's Methodist Episcopal Church in New Haven, Connecticut, hands over medical equipment for the Alexandria Hospital to Matron Miriam Moulton at the hospital recently. The equipment which included oral and rectal thermometers, blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, electrical water heating pads and a heavy duty suction pump, were purchased after fund-raising drives by Dr. Mills at his church in Connecticut last year. The drive was initiated following an appeal by Mr. Oscar Mills (second left) Lt. Governor, Division 24 (north) Eastern Canada and the Caribbean District of Kiwanis International, a brother of Dr. Mills. Others looking on from left are Sister Nellie Seivright, Dr. Ernie Smith - M.O. (H) and Sister Delores Barrett. According to Dr. Mills, the hospital is still in need of equipment, which can either be sent to him at P.O. box 179, Brown's Town, St. Ann, or P.O. Box 7366, new Haven Connecticut, U.S.A."
