"Gift for the acrobatic team: Minister of State for Information and Culture Ed Bartlett, [second from left] recently presented a copy of the album "Authentic Troupe of Folksongs" by Jamaica folksingers to the head of the Heibei Acrobatic Troupe of the People's Republic of China to Jamaica, Wang Chung-Li [left]. The team was in Jamaica on a friendly performance tour for the promotion of friendship and cultural exchange between the Chinese people and the people of Jamaica. At right is second secretary in the Chinese Embassy, Yen Tung-Hei and beside him is the stage manager for the troupe, Fu Mingsheng. Mr. Bartlett received a bamboo scroll from the head of the troupe."
