"WHO DID IT? The remains of a door at Flat 1 building P. Wilton Gardens. Residents claimed that four flats in the housing scheme were deliberately set on fire late on Sunday night by unknown persons. The affected residents said that when the incident occurred there was no light or water in the area. Doors and windows were burnt. The fires were put out by various residents. The Fire Brigade told the Daily News yesterday that no reports of fires were made on the night in question."
