"Negril is now making a drastic and long overdue change inform. The resort area which exhibits a great deal of potential is now seeing for the first time the developments of a modern shopping centre and the construction of apartments and townhouses befitting the requirements of the town. The most advanced of the new projects is the Negril Shopping Centre and Villa Complex project at the town centre as seen above. The design leaves very little to be desired. The Architects are Dougwrite and Associates; the Quantity Surveyors, B.L. Goldson and Partners; and the Engineers, Fisher, Price, Tomlinson and O.P. Woodham."
