"Telford Lewis of the Montego Bay Fishermen Co-op Society better known as "Tobias", he is leader of the group and is pictured at the River Bay complex making a net. This isn't the kind he usually uses, the openings are too wide, but the smaller one-inch mesh is not available. Since fishing is the only lifeline, he has to make do with what can be found."
