Title

Students enjoying water from a broken pipe

Description

"There is scaffolding on the side but this burst 12" main has been jetting water in the gully for months. It hasn't all gone to waste, however, as these children have got themselves a swimming pool. The real problem is that all this is happening behind the Tarrant Primary School and the lure of the water has pushed up the truancy rate."
