"Tuesday December 30, was sale of works days at the Jamaica Hilton, Senior members of the Economic Opportunity Unite, headed by Mrs. I. Brown, Island Training Officer, put on a sale of handicraft collected by clubs all over the island in the main lobby of the hotel. Business was brisk among the hotel's guests, many of whom remarked on the high quality of the goods displayed. Other members of the group included Mrs. M. Anderson and Mrs. M. Billett voluntary leaders, and Miss Sonia Hanson, Junior Leader of the 4-H Economic Opportunity Unit."
