"The city of Havana, Cuba will be the meeting place for over 30,000 youth, students and visitors come July 28, when the 11th World Festival of Youth and Students gets on the way. Preparatory work toward the festival by the city involves the planting of trees, repairing roads, sidewalk and buildings and the decoration of the city."
