"Consumers Service: The National Consumers League yesterday began their week long list of activities marking Consumers League Week, with a service at the St. Stephens United Church at Union Square. The lesson was read by Sir Clifford Campbell who was specially invited by the Consumers League. The service was attended by Vie Mendes, president of the Consumers League along with other members of the League's Executive and members of the public."
