Jamaica's 1st woman Ambassador Carmen Parris

"Jamaica's first woman ambassador Carmen Parris seen as she met Prime Minister Michael Manley yesterday to bid farewell. Miss Parris was designated by the prime minister who is also Minister of External Affairs to represent her country in France. She leaves the island shortly to take up her post."
