"OJ for Lady B: Governor General Sir Florizel Glasspole decorating lady Bustamante with the Order of Jamaica at King's House yesterday morning. She is the second Jamaican woman to be accorded the honour. The first was Louise Bennett. Members of the Cabinet including Prime Minister Edward Seaga and Deputy Prime Minister Hugh Shearer were present at the ceremony. They praised Lady Bustamante for the role she played in helping to build modern Jamaica and her support for the late National Hero the Rt. Excellent Sir Alexander Bustamante.
