Description
"Jolly in Mobay: A Jolly Joseph (JOS) bus rolling along Rose Hall to Montego Bay route. The buses began operating in the North Coast town on November 14 to help the transportation situation there after the Montego Bay Omnibus Company had to withdraw its fleet because of financial problems. The buses now operate under a new company, Municipal Bus Company Limited, which was incorporated on November 3."
