"Police Commissioner Basil Robinson (centre) presenting the Baton of Honour to Assistant Superintendent L.G. Campbell who recently completed a twenty-week Police Officers' General Course at the Metropolitan Police Training School, Hendon, London. Mr. Campbell completed the course with an aggregate of 91.5 per cent. He is the fifth Jamaican policeman since 1958 to take the Baton of Honour at Hendon. At right is British High Commissioner John Hemmings."
