"By the rivers...well maybe not Babylon, but perhaps we will soon be set afloat and adrift, who knows where, by the tides of this broken main. Scene was at 17 Tuncan Way Graham Heights where a broken main has flooded the home of the Evans. It has been broken twice before but was dealt with by the competent authorities. Let's hope that young Evans seen here may not be soon forced to use his broom as an oar."
