"Mining and Natural Resources Minister Horace Clarke addressing members of Clarendon Co-operative Society LTD at the Green Park Primary School, Sandy Bay on Thursday. The minister was speaking after a tour of the new well and irrigation facilities being constructed by the National Water Authority for residents and farmers in the area.
