"$10M loan to Jamaica: The Inter-American Bank recently granted two loans totalling $10 million to the Jamaica Development Bank (JDB), to help finance the second stage of a programme to develop industry and tourism in Jamaica.
The loan contracts signature took place in the IDB Headquarters in Washington. From left Eduardo McCullough, Alternate Executive Director of the IDB; Noel Chin, JDB Chairman; Henry J. Costanzo, Executive Vice-President of the IDB, and K.G. Anthony Hill, Minister Counsellor, Jamaican Embassy."
