"At last! Ronald Webb, 33 who was crippled by a stroke five years ago has at least got his desire. Following a Daily News story published on April 13 that Mr. Webb was seeking assistance to acquire a wheelchair, ICD chairman Mayer Matalon told the News that his group of companies had responded, and that the chair would be made available through Facey Commodity Limited, a member of the ICD group. The chair was yesterday presented to Mr. Webb at his Steer Town home in St. Ann. Picture shows Daily News Commercial Manager, Wycliffe Jackson, shaking hands with Mr. Webb.
