"HELPING OUT: Scenes at one of the hospitals where there is a strike of unionised workers since Friday. Soldiers who were called out are seen helping a patient-to-be out of a taxi at Jubiulee Hospital. A spokesman at the Children's Hospital told the Daily News that soldiers and other volunteers - Red Cross workers and civilians - have been helping to keep the hospital tidy, cooking, bathing and changing patients and washing eating utensils. No volunteers are allowed to do any technical work. At the Kingston Public and Jubilee Hospitals yesterday the Daily News was told there was no one in charge there over the weekend who could speak to the Press."
