"Front-end loaders loading trucks with debris as clearing of the site yesterday got underway at 182-184 Orange Street where 11 people including 8 children were burnt to death. Seventy two housing units and a number of shops are to be constructed on the site. Meanwhile, Commissioner Ronald Small and his staff yesterday gathered at 79 Duke Street for the Enquiry into the fire. The Enquiry is being held in private."
