"SECOND PRIZE WINNER: Butcher, Mr. Harold Williams, winner of the second prize in Category 'A' of the 'Better Hides Competition', receives his award from the Hon. A.U. Belinfanti, Minister of State in the Ministry of Agriculture. The Competition for Butchers and Flayers was held during 1979 to encourage an increase in the quantity and quality of hides which go to Tanners Limited. The Minister is assisted by Miss Norma Dolphy of Public Relations Associated Ltd."
