"The recent two-day circuit assembly of Jehovah's Witnesses held at the all-age school at Steer Town, St. Ann, was well attended. Photo shows a section of the audience numbering 1,208, listening to the key-note address by Mr. C. A. Simpson, travelling representative of the Watch Tower Society, sponsors of the assembly. Subject of the talk was: Follow the way to life!"
Theme of the assembly was based on 1 Cor. 16:9, 'Entering a large door leading to activity.' Five persons were baptised, symbolising their dedication to Jehovah God. Youth and family life were two main points stressed at the assembly, attended by delegates from Portland, St. Mary and St. Ann."
