"ON STAGE: Youngsters from Port Maria and environs are seen on stage doing 'their thing' at a Saturday morning concert held recently at the Port Maria Community Centre. These concerts have been held weekly for the past two months and are organised by Mortimer Martin (standing on floor pointing at camera), the Youth Organiser in the area. Some 300 children regularly attend the concerts, and 30 of these are now rehearsing for a grand Heroes Day Show to be held at the Community Centre October 21. The show will comprise poetry reading, sketches and dancing."
