"De dread red an' wan' lik off dem head... a rastafarian dreadlocksed higgler [left] is filled with wrath as he angrily watched labourers from the Public Cleansing Department of KSAC pulling down his shack [correction, grocery store] at South Parade yesterday. He failed to comply with a 24-hour removal order from the KSAC. The KSAC told the Daily News that while higglers on the sidewalk are 'bad enough' this structure was on the roadway and had to be removed."
