"Clearly this is bad and something must be done about it, the quicker, the better is the consensus among Housing Minister Tony Spaulding [left] Sites and Services Director, Clive Laidley [centre] and Youth and Community Development Minister, Hugh Small [right] after touring the dreadful housing conditions existing on a 4.9 acre "squatter" site at York Town in Clarendon. A re-development programme is now being worked on by the Ministry of Housing."
