Title

National Lottery Third World

Description

"National Lottery Third World will hit the streets Tuesday with their Eddy Grant-inspired "Hello to Africa." The band is made up of approximately 1,000 masqueraders divided into 14 sections. The producers Courtney Lewis Kenrick Stevens, Godfrey Hope, Wayne Walcott and Tyrell Goddard decided on the theme for the new band when they realized just how popular Eddy Grant's "Back to Africa" so that is just what we want to give them." With this in mind they created the various sections "Nigeria," Watusi," "Zarie and Masai." No costume cost over $30. On Monday morning the National Lottery Third World will be playing "Return of the White Devil" in the traditional white and red dyes."
