"This herd of Holstein and Jersey cattle on the St. Catherine farm of Mrs. Betty Waite was bought as in-calf heifers from the ADC which reared them from imported day-old stock up through all the stages until bred. The top Holstein producer gave a best daily yield of 28 quarts and the top Jersey 16 quarts."
